Step 4: Packaging and restitution of your oil:
Lucia and Ophélie prepare your personnalized orders.
In our 2 mills, you will be able to bring your clean and dry containers (they must be washed with white vinegar then ventilated or washed with soda lye) to retrieve your oil.
We reserve the right to refuse any suspicious packaging.
The authorized packagings are: cans of 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L and 20L with the cork on it (no fuel cans) without taps below. The bottles are not accepted. This sorting is realized depending of our machines of distribution in order to not slow down the restitution of the oil.
If you want a personal press, you need to bring your packagings and your olives at the same time.
If you don't have any packaging, and for your personalized gifts, we will provide you packagings of any dimension and any type:
In PET (food-quality plastic) 2L, 3L and 5L
In glass the syrup bottle (PPL) in 0.5L and 1L
In glass the Marie Jeanne 0.25L, 0.5, 2L and 5L
In metal 0.25L, 0.5L and 1L
In the same way and on order, we can print your personalized labels by subculturing. The process allows to insert 5 lines of your choice on a label of the mill.
These labels at the minimum number of 10 units, will have to be ordered during the time where you bring the olives and will be settled with the trituration bill.

IN BEAUCAIRE:
– If you have chosen a personal press, we send you an SMS when your order is ready, in other words a few days after your bringing, you come to retrieve your order and you settle the performance and the packagings with the actual rate.
– If you have chosen a common press, the restitution is done every year in DECEMBER, during three weeks every morning from 8 AM to 12 AM.
The dates are communicated through mails and on the website, they are also registered on your bringing of olives form.
The oil can then be retrieved for late payers until the end of January only on wednesdays and fridays during the afternoon by calling beforehand on the 04 66 20 72 45
After that period, the oil cannot be retrieved. It is sold by the mill and the contributor must claim it during the next year of fresh oil. The oil is then wasted after two years.
IN CABRIERES:
– If you have chosen a personal press, we send you an SMS when your order is ready, in other words a few days after your bringing, you then come to retrieve your order and you settle the performance with the actual rate;
– If you have chosen a common press, the restitution is done from DECEMBER to the end of FEBRUARY every afternoon.
The dates are communicated through mails and on the website, they are also registered on the bringing form.
Then, the oil cannot be retrieved. It is sold by the mill and the contributor must clam it during the next year of fresh oil. The oil is wasted after two years.
